Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How to return: Email veryveryrareofficial@mail.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges: Happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Same process — email us.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Return shipping: Customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover it completely.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We'll sort it immediately.
